Background:
Assemblymember Mike Fong was first elected to the State Assembly in 2022 after working in various positions in local government within Los Angeles County. Fong served as a member of the Los Angeles Community College District Board of Trustees, and as a council aide and East Area Director for former LA Mayor Villaraigosa.
