David Couch currently sits on the Kern County Board of Supervisors, where he has served on and off since 2013. Prior to that he worked in the finance industry.

Per his campaign website, Couch states that he is “Serious about backing the men and women who keep us safe, making sure that police, firefighters, and first responders have what they need to protect our families.” He is endorsed by the Kern Law Enforcement Association. 

Unfortunately, he is running unopposed, and due to his strong vocal support for law enforcement, IJ Action has no recommendation in this race.
