Joe Patterson – Assembly District 5

Assemblymember Joe Patterson was first elected to the State Assembly in 2022, after serving on the Rocklin City Council for six years and also briefly as Mayor. Assemblymember Patterson is also the former Executive Director of the California Gaming Association.

Neva Parker – Assembly District 5

Parker is Vice Chair of the Roseville Grants Advisory Commission, and prior to that had a long career in the Office of the Chief Clerk at the State Capitol, most notably as Senate Journal Clerk where she was responsible for maintaining the record of the State Senate.

Darren Ellis – Assembly District 4

Ellis is a former law enforcement official and current doctoral student in Psychology. According to his campaign bio, he is “…on the Board of Directors for a successful Restorative Justice non-profit organization based out of CDCR, and [has] firsthand experience in the successes of well-organized and data driven non-profit organizations on crime and harm reduction.”

Cecilia Aguiar-Curry – Assembly District 4

Assemblymember Aguiar-Curry was first elected to the State Assembly in 2016, and prior to that was the first woman Mayor of the small town of Winters, California. She is currently the Majority Leader of the Assembly.

Jamie “James” Gallagher – Assembly District 3

Assemblymember Gallagher was first elected to the State Assembly in 2014, after serving on the Sutter County Board of Supervisors for six years. He is also a former staffer for then Assemblyman (now Republican Congressman) Doug LaMalfa.

Michael Greer – Assembly District 2

Greer is a Trustee of the Del Norte Unified School District, a position he has held for a couple of years. He served 14 years as trustee for Paradise Union School District, and is a retired special education teacher.

Heather Hadwick – Assembly District 1

Hadwick is a farmer, small business owner, and teacher. She was Deputy Director of Modoc County’s Office of Emergency Services at the local sheriff’s department for almost 5 years.
